1. Advance Payment Policy:

1. • Minimum 30% of total service amount must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the date.

   • Advance payment is non-refundable except in case of full cancellation by EventLuxe Studio.

2. Balance Payment:

   • Remaining balance must be cleared latest by the day of the event, before service starts.

   • Late payment may result in cancellation or service delay.

3. Cancellation & Postponement:

   • Advance payment will be adjusted only if the event is rescheduled within 3 months (subject to availability).

   • No refund on advance payment for cancellation.

4. Travel & Extra Charges:

   • Travel, parking, staircase, night shift, or special equipment charges will be extra and billed as per venue requirement.

5. Service Responsibility:

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the venue and providing adequate space for setups.

   • Any damages to EventLuxe equipment due to venue conditions or misuse will be billed separately.

6. Customizations:

   • Customized themes (foil, LED, special designs) subject to extra charges.

   • Final package & customization details must be finalized minimum 7 days before event.

7. Liability Disclaimer:

   • EventLuxe Studio holds no responsibility for accidents during the event caused by clients’ venue issues or guests.

   • Our team works professionally but any external interference by guests/venue management is not our responsibility.
